An undeniable force in the media as well as among her industry peers, Berger was honored with the NY Women in Communications Matrix Award and the NY Women in Film & Television Muse Award, was the first publicist ever to be included on Variety’s prestigious Women’s Impact List, was named one of New York’s 50 Most Powerful Women by the New York Post, and one of the “Top 50 Women Who Run New York” by Gotham Magazine. Berger oversees PMK•BNC’s Entertainment Division, including the Talent, Television, Film and Music departments. Among her wide array of clients, she represents such iconic personalities as Robert Redford, Barbara Walters, Billy Crystal, Lena Dunham, Sean Combs, Sharon Stone and Rosie O’Donnell, as well as musical artists including The Dixie Chicks, Kings of Leon and Harry Connick, Jr.

In addition to working with Robert Redford and his numerous film campaigns, she represents his television production company, Sundance Productions. She has also worked with Mr. Redford and his Sundance executive leadership team to bring attention to the valued work of The Sundance Institute, and has been an integral voice in their efforts to expand their scope in promoting the best of American independent cinema. She also helped launch the Sundance London Film and Music Festival.

Berger has led many successful film campaigns and consults with the Weinstein Company on films such as Carol, starring Cate Blanchett and Rooney Mara, Quentin Tarantinos’ The Hateful Eight, Southpaw, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, and previously worked on St. Vincent, starring Bill Murray, The Imitation Game, starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Keira Knightley, and Tim Burton’s Big Eye’s starring Amy Adams and Christoph Waltz. She previously worked on award-winning films The Artist, The Iron Lady, My Week with Marilyn, Silver Linings Playbook and Philomela, as well as the acclaimed documentary, Bully.

In addition to her work in the film industry, Berger has worked closely with Oprah Winfrey and her team and represented OWN’s Documentary Film Club. She signed and oversaw the successful launch and first and second seasons of the U.S. version of “The X-Factor” on Fox, and also launched and represented the ABC Daytime Emmy award-winning talk show, “The View,” as well as “The Barbara Walters Specials.” Berger also launched CNN Films documentary series and continues to consult on their projects.

Straight out of college, Berger began her career in entertainment as a receptionist at PMK. She worked her way up through the ranks to become an assistant, an account executive, then Vice President, Managing Director, Partner, and now serves as Co-Chairman & CEO overseeing a staff of 300 in New York, Los Angeles and London. She is a member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) and resides in New York with her husband and two children.

Bill has been working in advertising and entertainment for more than 20 years in a variety of financial and operational roles. He joined PMK*BNC as its Chief Financial Officer in 2016.

Bill most recently was the Chief Operating Officer at Ignited, an independent advertising agency based in Los Angeles, which he joined shortly after its formation. Over the course of his tenure there, he helped grow the business from start-up to over $200 million in client billings. In addition to overseeing all financial and reporting matters, his responsibilities included leadership over client services, media, and operations.

Prior to Ignited, Bill held several positions at The Walt Disney Company in their Consumer Products division. While at Disney, Bill analyzed royalty and talent agreements, implemented new software systems and traveled around the world supporting international business units in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Bill started his career in Boston at Deloitte and Touche earning his CPA. He later served as Controller at Goodwill Industries before moving to Los Angeles in 1996.

He received his undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary and his MBA at The University of Southern California.

Bill is an avid runner, married with three children and three dogs.

Brad Cafarelli joined Howard Bragman and Michael Nyman in 1991, creating the entertainment division of Bragman Nyman Cafarelli.

Cafarelli begin his career in public relations in 1985 with Solters/Roskin/Friedman. Initially employed as a temporary assistant, he quickly ascended the ranks of the firm. By 1990, he held the position of senior vice president of the venerable firm’s personalities and special events division.

In addition to representing some of the most popular performing artists in the world, Cafarelli has devised and implemented countless national and international publicity campaigns in virtually every area of entertainment, including film, television, music and publishing.

Cafarelli’s long-time personal clients include Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson, Jessica Alba, Whoopi Goldberg, Vanessa Williams, Teri Hatcher, Jenny McCarthy, Jenna Elfman and Julianne Hough, among others.

An award-winning, strategic marketing professional with over 22 years of agency experience in brand strategy & development, influencer marketing, strategic insights & analytics, experiential marketing, social media, and branded content, Monica has a proven track record of success creating and implementing marketing programs that drive innovation for various Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout her career, Monica has architected hundreds of launch initiatives for some of the most iconic brands in the world across multiple categories including Samsung, Cadillac, PlayStation, Nintendo, Converse, Skechers, The Honest Co, and Nike Jordan, just to name a few. Monica has also built her reputation around maximizing client media and/or sponsorship investments through strategic consumer marketing and social engagement programs and has spearheaded campaigns around the Super Bowl, NBA All Star, The Sundance Film Festival, The Oscars, E3, CES, Coachella, Comic-Con, SXSW, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limit.

She possesses an innate ability to translate the complexities and uncertainties of the ever-changing work environment into actionable insights and innovative opportunities for companies and their people.

Before joining PMK•BNC, Rebecca was Vice President of People Services at Rosetta Marketing where she led agency best practices and programs, as well as oversaw the Talent Acquisition group. Prior to Rosetta, she worked in various leadership positions at LEVEL Studios, Razorfish, and Deloitte Consulting.

Michael Donkis is the Executive Vice President of Entertainment Strategy and Development at PMK*BNC. He heads the practice with a longtime friend and collaborator Joy Fehily. Before working in Entertainment, Donkis ran the Food for All foundation, headquartered in Washington, D.C., for eight years, followed by heading up marketing and communications for Virginia-based Food Industries International Trade Council for four years. Donkis began his public relations career at The Washington Post as public relations manager, supervising the communications staff, building community programs in the Washington, D.C.-area and overseeing internal Post events.

Donkis was born and raised in Washington, D.C. and now resides in Los Angeles with his 5-year old daughter Eleanor Grace.

Joy E. Fehily serves as Executive Vice President of PMK•BNC’s Entertainment Strategy and Development department. PMK•BNC is a strategic marketing and communications firm that specializes in popular culture and entertainment. The agency represents many of the world’s most prominent actors, actresses, directors, films, production companies, television properties, musicians, authors and content creators, as well as leading consumer brands and prestigious special events. Prior to her start at PMK•BNC, Fehily was the co-founder of PRIME Public Relations – a Los Angeles-based firm providing communications, brand management, publicity, marketing and strategic planning to the entertainment industry. After running PRIME for eight years with her partner, Michael Donkis, Fehily merged her company into PMK•BNC. Fehily began her public relations career over 20 years ago at PMK Public Relations, segued to Castle Rock Entertainment and then returned to the newly formed PMK/HBH. At PMK/HBH, Fehily served as Senior Vice President of their bi-coastal film department. Fehily attended the University of Southern California and received a dual degree in Social Sciences and Communications. She resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.

Kristen Foster is Executive Vice President at PMK•BNC and head of the Music Department. She has spent two decades in a myriad of dynamic public relations leadership positions within the music business.

Foster manages the image and press campaigns for the top names in music and oversees the company’s music roster which includes Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, Lorde, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Kings of Leon, Fall Out Boy, Idina Menzel, Harry Connick Jr, Peter Gabriel, Joan Jett and many more. Within the scope of touring, Foster has overseen tour-specific PR campaigns for major tour promoters including Live Nation and AEG.

Prior to joining PMK•BNC in 2007, Foster was the Founder of KFPR, a company she opened in 2000 as a music and film publicity firm offering public relations, entertainment and overall imaging campaigns. Prior to opening KFPR, she was Vice President of Public Relations for USA Films and before that spent several years at PolyGram in various record label positions.

Ms. Foster started her career at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. as a Department of Defense public affairs officer.

MARIAN KOLTAI-LEVINE leads all New York operations of PMK•BNC's Entertainment Strategies and also serves as Executive Vice-President of film marketing and publicity at the agency. Marian oversees and advises a diverse slate of film, television, and content media content projects which create the crossroads of media today.

Marian and her team have run successful campaigns on behalf of The Weinstein Company, Fox Searchlight, A24, Anchor Bay, HBO, CNN Films, Red Granite Pictures and Warrior Poets. The department has completed Academy Award campaigns for many notable films including Carol, The Hateful Eight, and The Imitation Game.

The film department represents many highly regarded corporate companies and festivals. Clients include Activision Blizzard Studios (Skylanders Academy), Miramax (Southside With You, Bridget Jones’s Baby), Kodak: Motion Picture and Entertainment, Park Pictures (Other People), StarStream (Yoga Hosers), Demarest Films (Hacksaw Ridge), New York Film Festival and SeriesFest.

Min joined PMK•BNC Los Angeles in 2004 and has been in the PR and marketing business for over 18 years. Currently, she oversees the Experiential Marketing, Creative Services, and Channel Promotions Group under the Brand Marketing department. She leads client accounts and programming with top-tier clients such as Samsung Electronics America and Beverly Center along with experiential projects oversight for American Express, Columbia, and Audi. She has worked on developing strategic campaigns and event marketing ideation to execution for numerous clients including celebrity and media launch events, lifestyle entertainment programming, influencer outreach, national consumer promotions, sponsorships, partnerships, retail marketing, program logistics and grassroots marketing.

Prior to PMK•BNC, she began her career at MS&L in consumer media relations and promotional marketing for consumer packaged goods, automotive and technology clients such as Phillips, Chevrolet, Nestle Chocolate & Confections brands, Friskies PetCare products and Sunkist. Daniel started his career with the agency as an assistant over 17 years ago and now oversees Brand Marketing in NY. He currently co-leads the Samsung agency business, in addition to driving current and new business growth across all brand clients in NY. In 2016, Variety magazine named him among Hollywood’s New Leaders, following his award-winning work with film and music festival partnerships for Samsung. Prior to PMK•BNC, he began his career at Disney Theatrical working on marketing campaigns for the Broadway shows Aida and The Lion King. Daniel lives in NYC and holds a BA in Arts Administration and Marketing from New York University.

Maryann co-runs the brand communications team for PMK•BNC NY and serves as a strategic lead for clients with a focus on integrated marketing communications programs that build brands, connect them to pop culture and ultimately enhance reputation.

Her award-winning work spans across industries including American Express, Budweiser, Bud Light, Citi, McDonald’s, MetLife, Michelob Ultra, Mondelēz, Novartis, Oreo, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Samsung, Stella Artois, Unilever, and Verizon.

Prior to PMK∙BNC, Maryann was President of RFI Studios, Director of Global Communications Strategy at PepsiCo and SVP and Director of Corporate Communications at Ruder Finn.

She was recognized as one of PRWeek 40 under 40 in 2015 and was a David Rockefeller fellow (class of 2010). Maryann lives in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hofstra University.

Heather Feit is an Executive Vice President in the Brand Marketing and Communications division of PMK∙BNC and oversees our New York Brand Strategy& Communications department. Heather has more than eighteen years of experience in designing highly successful integrated communication campaigns across various industries, including fashion, retail, luxury goods, beverage, lifestyle, and entertainment. She specializes in creating dynamic campaigns that deliver at the highest level against a client’s objectives, whether they be media outreach, partner development or cross-brand promotions.

She has a deep expertise in brand and product positioning, global, national and local media programs, strategic partnerships, event production and talent strategy development. With her extensive PR knowledge, Heather has amassed an enviable database of editorial contacts, which continues to expand and has yielded many high-profile placements for her clients.

In 2016, Heather received PR News’ PR professional of the year awards at the Platinum PR Awards.

Prior to joining PMK∙BNC, Heather was Senior Director of Global Communications for Coach, Inc. where for eleven years she helped to reinforce the brand’s fashion credibility with media. Prior to joining Coach, Heather worked for over three years at Rogers & Cowan, where she managed multiple accounts across fashion, music, and entertainment.

A seven-year veteran of PMK•BNC, Genesa Garbarino leads strategy and communications for global brands. Genesa has helped play a pivotal role in growing the agency’s roster of automotive and consumer technology clients, leading Audi of America, Austin-based Silvercar and San Francisco-based Audi on demand. Over time, she’s helped the agency sharpen its thought leadership offering to provide brands with strategy and positioning, executive platform development and compelling brand narratives.

Prior to joining PMK-BNC, Genesa worked for Waggener Edstrom’s Maloney & Fox, where she managed public relations programs for global clients such as Mercedes-Benz USA, Tupperware, and Microsoft. Prior to Maloney & Fox, Genesa was PR Director at American Greetings PhotoWorks, where she served as in-house spokesperson, appearing frequently on local and national television news as a lifestyle expert. Her experience spans clients such as American Express, Samsung, Kimpton Hotels and Resorts, UNICEF and Procter & Gamble.

A Chicago native, Genesa began her career as a freelance reporter for Chicago Social magazine and the Chicago Sun-Times. Genesa is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received her degree in English Literature and Philosophy.

Prior experience includes several years as Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications for PMK•BNC, where she was an account lead for clients such as Pernod Ricard USA, Audi, JC Penney and T-Mobile. Prior to that Victoria was an Account Director at GRACE Culture Marketing, where she worked on behalf of Red Bull.

Marc Duron oversees and leads PMK•BNC’s Digital Creative Services division, VOWEL, and is responsible for the development of digital strategy, social influencer marketing, content creation and creative ideation for clients spanning a wide range of categories.
