Rick is a senior marketing executive with over a decade of experience developing and executing impactful, multi-platform marketing programs and partnerships between the entertainment industry and top brands such as Pepsi, Activision, American Express, Audi, Diageo, Samsung, Anheuser-Busch, and T-Mobile. He specializes in creating strategic, integrated, non-traditional marketing initiatives that leverage the equity and influence of entertainment properties to maximize brand impact and relevance among targeted demographics. Prior to joining PMK•BNC, Rick created and led a multidimensional marketing department for Paradigm, a leading entertainment talent agency, where he orchestrated aligning the assets of agency clients such as Coldplay, The Lumineers, Black-Eyed Peas, Janelle Monae and Skrillex in strategic innovative brand partnerships with companies such as Yahoo!, All-State, Bud Light, Unilever, Jack Daniels, Volkswagen, Intel, and Cartier.

Min joined PMK•BNC Los Angeles in 2004 and has been in the PR and marketing business for over 18 years. Currently, she oversees the Experiential Marketing, Creative Services, and Channel Promotions Group under the Brand Marketing department. She leads client accounts and programming with top-tier clients such as Samsung Electronics America and Beverly Center along with experiential projects oversight for American Express, Columbia, and Audi. She has worked on developing strategic campaigns and event marketing ideation to execution for numerous clients including celebrity and media launch events, lifestyle entertainment programming, influencer outreach, national consumer promotions, sponsorships, partnerships, retail marketing, program logistics and grassroots marketing.
Prior to PMK•BNC, she began her career at MS&L in consumer media relations and promotional marketing for consumer packaged goods, automotive and technology clients such as Phillips, Chevrolet, Nestle Chocolate & Confections brands, Friskies PetCare products and Sunkist. Min received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science with a minor in English from University of California, Irvine.

Daniel started his career with the agency as an assistant over 17 years ago and now oversees Brand Marketing in NY. With a focus on entertainment marketing and brand strategy, Daniel leads a team of marketers specializing in strategic partnerships, promotions, content creation/distribution, music marketing, live events and influencer marketing. He currently co-leads the Samsung agency business, in addition to driving current and new business growth across all brand clients in NY. In 2016, Variety magazine named him among Hollywood’s New Leaders, following his award-winning work with film and music festival partnerships for Samsung. Prior to PMK•BNC, he began his career at Disney Theatrical working on marketing campaigns for the Broadway shows Aida and The Lion King. Daniel lives in NYC and holds a BA in Arts Administration and Marketing from New York University.

Maryann co-runs the brand communications team for PMK•BNC NY and serves as a strategic lead for clients with a focus on integrated marketing communications programs that build brands, connect them to pop culture and ultimately enhance reputation.
Her award-winning work spans across industries including American Express, Budweiser, Bud Light, Citi, McDonald’s, MetLife, Michelob Ultra, Mondelēz, Novartis, Oreo, PepsiCo, Pfizer, Samsung, Stella Artois, Unilever, and Verizon.
Prior to PMK∙BNC, Maryann was President of RFI Studios, Director of Global Communications Strategy at PepsiCo and SVP and Director of Corporate Communications at Ruder Finn.
She was recognized as one of PRWeek 40 under 40 in 2015 and was a David Rockefeller fellow (class of 2010). Maryann lives in New York City and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hofstra University.

Heather Feit is an Executive Vice President in the Brand Marketing and Communications division of PMK∙BNC and oversees our New York Brand Strategy& Communications department. Heather has more than eighteen years of experience in designing highly successful integrated communication campaigns across various industries, including fashion, retail, luxury goods, beverage, lifestyle, and entertainment. She specializes in creating dynamic campaigns that deliver at the highest level against a client’s objectives, whether they be media outreach, partner development or cross-brand promotions.
She has a deep expertise in brand and product positioning, global, national and local media programs, strategic partnerships, event production and talent strategy development. With her extensive PR knowledge, Heather has amassed an enviable database of editorial contacts, which continues to expand and has yielded many high-profile placements for her clients.
In 2016, Heather received PR News’ PR professional of the year awards at the Platinum PR Awards.
Prior to joining PMK∙BNC, Heather was Senior Director of Global Communications for Coach, Inc. where for eleven years she helped to reinforce the brand’s fashion credibility with media. Prior to joining Coach, Heather worked for over three years at Rogers & Cowan, where she managed multiple accounts across fashion, music, and entertainment.

Beth is a public relations specialist with nineteen years experience in media relations and entertainment marketing. Specialties include lifestyle and luxury brands with publicity, events, creative marketing, influencers and brand partnerships. Beth’s clients have included Audi of America, The Beverly Center, The Honest Company, M·A·C Cosmetics, Bacardi USA, Pernod Ricard and JCPenney among others. Previously, Beth was a Deputy Director of Public Relations at Condé Nast where she served in the title at GQ and GLAMOUR. Beth is a graduate of American University in Washington, DC with a degree in Journalism.

A seven-year veteran of PMK•BNC, Genesa Garbarino leads strategy and communications for global brands. Genesa has helped play a pivotal role in growing the agency’s roster of automotive and consumer technology clients, leading Audi of America, Austin-based Silvercar and San Francisco-based Audi on demand. Over time, she’s helped the agency sharpen its thought leadership offering to provide brands with strategy and positioning, executive platform development and compelling brand narratives.
Prior to joining PMK-BNC, Genesa worked for Waggener Edstrom’s Maloney & Fox, where she managed public relations programs for global clients such as Mercedes-Benz USA, Tupperware, and Microsoft. Prior to Maloney & Fox, Genesa was PR Director at American Greetings PhotoWorks, where she served as in-house spokesperson, appearing frequently on local and national television news as a lifestyle expert. Her experience spans clients such as American Express, Samsung, Kimpton Hotels and Resorts, UNICEF and Procter & Gamble.
A Chicago native, Genesa began her career as a freelance reporter for Chicago Social magazine and the Chicago Sun-Times. Genesa is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received her degree in English Literature and Philosophy.

Victoria has over 25 years of expertise in brand marketing and currently serves as SVP, Business Development for PMK•BNC, where she oversees growth initiatives for the agency. Previously, she served as co-head of the Brands division at Fifteen Minutes, where she oversaw clients such as Ford, Technicolor, and WIRED. Prior experience includes several years as Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications for PMK•BNC, where she was an account lead for clients such as Pernod Ricard USA, Audi, JC Penney and T-Mobile. Prior to that Victoria was an Account Director at GRACE Culture Marketing, where she worked on behalf of Red Bull.

With 16 years of professional experience in event concepts, design, and production, Taj has created immersive, creative solutions for clients such as Samsung, PlayStation and the Jordan Brand (Nike).
As Creative Director for PMK•BNC, she broadens this focus to include a topical and creative vision for the agency as a whole. She oversees all cultural and design output for PMK*BNC and connects the agency and its clients to emergent technologies and trends.
Together with her team, she strives to engage, calibrate and inform the collective consciousness that is PMK•BNC.

Joanne created and leads PMK•BNC’s Strategic Insights & Analytics department which supports the agency’s account teams and works directly with clients to resolve strategic problems. Over the last two years, the team has developed a number of proprietary research tools which are used across all stages of the client/agency partnership. The team have developed a comprehensive measurement approach specifically for Experiential Marketing to demonstrate the impact of brand experiences on consumer perceptions and behaviours. Joanne and the team’s insights have also been integral in several agency new business wins.
Prior to joining PMK•BNC, Joanne spent over 10 years in CPG/FMCG sales and marketing and has first-hand experience in the logistics of large corporations. During the last 4 years of her tenure there, Joanne served as the Global Head of Digital Marketing for NIVEA, the largest skin care brand in the world. Joanne led the development of successful strategies and tactics to engage consumers with brands in the digital medium all around the world.

With more than 18 years’ experience in marketing and media relations and 12 years at PMK•BNC in Los Angeles, Kevin has helped brands like Haig Club, Unilever, Tod’s, Conde Nast, Samsung Europe, Audi, Caesar’s Entertainment, American Express, and MTV Europe form celebrity and influencer partnerships through storytelling and engaging experiences.
